Buteyko Breathing is a 100% natural breathing practice that helps to reverse symptoms of Asthma / COPD / Emphysema, Allergies, Anxiety - Panic, Hypertension, High Blood Pressure, Snoring and Sleep Apena.

It helps us to restore normal breathing volumes which reverses oxygen starvation in the body.

I started the group to share Buteyko with others. I had awful Asthma and Allergies that put me in the hospital. I was afraid I would die. I tried so many things from vegan diet for 7 years, accupuncture, naet, ayurvedic medicine, naturopathic which all helped but did not stop the Asthma.

The ND let me know about Buteyko and within 3 - 4 weeks of practicing it the Asthma was gone. It has been gone for 8 years. Now I teach Buteyko Breathing to help folks.

So I want to share with others how helpful it is. I find many folks have not even heard of it.
