The Veredus Chicago Social Club will be meeting on 3/26/13 at 203 N. LaSalle Street #2100 Chicago, IL. The speaker for this meeting will be Eric Landes addressing new things in the HTML5 world.

Topic:
Title: The Client Side TDD. (When and how we should use client side testing tools like qunit and jasmine!)

Description: With HTML 5 becoming a standard utilized by many enterprises, the idea of integrating javascript unit testing with your ALM strategy is now possible.

When can this add value to your testing arsenal and when does it add fluff? Eric shows that there is a season to automate javascript testing, and a season not to!

Once you determine on automating your javascript unit tests, how best to incorporate this in your ALM automated build suites?

Eric answers these questions in an interactive format that instructs attendees, and shows how to utilize this with QUNIT and jasmine testing frameworks, within a TFS and Visual Studio environment
