Hi, I'm Ray. I love a good movie and hope to expand my social contacts. Roll it!
English style comedy/drama (lock stock two smoking barrels, trainspotting, snatch), murder mystery, anything thought provoking that makes me think about it days later. Not into action hero or chick flicks
It's a small, close group of regulars. I enjoy it
Hey ray I think I remember yu. I think yu coached one of my sons there.
Bill Bryson...listen to his book on tape...he reads them and his voice adds sooo much. think I have listened to all his book....love the Thunderbolt Kid! really loved them all. maryb
Go Palace. Only Watford in the way now. And how about Wigan! Now they have to beat Arsenal and Villa to stay up. Much to chat about at Green River Reservoir.
Ray, I finally remembered the guy - Bill Bryson. Probably the most relevant of his books is: Notes from a Big Country (UK) / I'm a Stranger Here Myself (U.S.) (1999)
Hi Ray! My wife Lori and I are looking forward to meeting you and other local paddlers this afternoon. I hope the weather is good. We don't have a contact phone number to call to confirm if the trip is on in case of iffy weather. If there is thunder/lightning or heavy rain, obviously we won't go. But we've had some great paddles in overcast, drizzly weather. So we hope to see you later today. You can reach us at my cell [masked]. Later. Ray II
Thanks, Ray! Looking forward to meeting others who enjoy paddling. I am believing the put-in is at Ft. Cassin Road access, right?
Ray--I didn't see anyone else from last week on the noticie about tomorrow night so can I ask if you are familiar with where we are driving to? The "word" was Kinglsland State Park/Ferrisburgh Town Beach but when I googled FT Cassin Rd, it looks to be at least 15 minutes south of that. Do you think it is actually at the KS Park or further down at a Ferrisburgh town beach? Bobbi 310-4004
