Ever been enchanted? Want to re-capture that feeling? We've got the antidote. Come join us on a 4 day backpack (return trip) into the "Valley of 10,000 Waterfalls". Starting at Graves Creek trail head (SW quadrant of Olympic National Park), the trek follows the east fork of the Quinault River. After 13 miles (20 km) we arrive at our destination of Enchanted Valley. This celebrated valley was created by a glacier a long time ago, and allows hikers to have multiple waterfall sightings especially in spring and early summer, as snow melts from mountaintops encircling it. Along the trail to and from Enchanted Valley you will encounter huge trees, lush rain forest, and potentially black bear and elk, too.
