Come as You Are Meditation (New or experienced)

Want to meditate but aren't sure how to start? Or are you a regular practitioner who'd simply enjoy the benefits of being in a like-minded group?

Join us Wednesday evenings in June for instruction if you need it or group practice if you're experienced. I'll start with some simple guidance for both sitting and walking meditation. Afterward you'll have an opportunity for questions, comments, or observations. There is a big private back yard and partially covered deck for your use. Please wear layers of loose, comfortable clothing and bring a meditation cushion if you have one. Come down the path at the right side of the house to the door with the welcome sign on it.

In accordance with tradition there is no fixed fee for this session. Instead please give what you can to develop your generosity. It's good for you!
