Critiquing Etiquette

Shut up and pay attention. If you can't stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen. This is how you judge the work of others.

... Or not. Critiquing constructively, in a supportive manner, is a core value of our group.

(Note for newcomers: We actually meet in the Atrium, next door, but access is through the coffee shop.)

(Note that alternative locations are being researched.)

I have a full time job with a part time passion for writing fiction which I would love to pay more attention to. I'm so excited to see a group such as this and am hoping it will help me so see I, too, can one day say, yes, I'm a writer......

Never been in a writing group before, and I am trusting it will be as informal as I am.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
