Walk around Elk Lake, leaderless walk

This is a leaderless walk around Elk lake, I posted it but will not be there. For those interested just meet in the main parking lot at Hamsterly beach, north end of Elk lake.

You can get there going north on the highway 17 then turn left at Sayward rd. at the Petrocan gas station. Foloow the road then make your first right, then next left into the parking lot.
The walk will take about 2Hrs. where proper sturdy foot wear and be care full of the tree roots and rocks on the path. Just follow the path clockwise and stay right. If you want to go for coffee or lunch after Broadmead shopping centre is not too far away there is a Starbucks and bakery. Enjoy!

The lake water is high but trail okay. At beaver lake walk though the parking lot down the road and keep right. The trail just before the bridge was flooded last Tuesday
