In this class, I introduce to you two very local dishes from the Middle Vietnam:

Shrimp Tapioca Dumpling (banh bot loc)



 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Main ingredients: Shrimp, tapioca starch, fish sauce

Quang noodle (my Quang)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Main ingredients: (pork ribs, prawn) or (chicken), rice noodle, fish sauce, peanuts (optional)

 

The price includes all ingredients and facilities. The class only starts with minium 3 students - if there are less than 3 students, this class will be cancelled with full refund.

    Hi Phuong, Wow, this looks absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately on Sunday we cannot go... :(

    However, if you were to do one on Saturday (27th), there are 3 of us very very interested. Just us a shout! :)
