If you are a practitioner of Vipassana Meditation but would love to integrate some movement into the your practice, this is the group for you. We will be planning "silent day hikes" where we meet, hike in silence and sit for about an hour at some point during the hike. If you are a seasoned hiker, come join us to help plan hikes. If you are a seasoned meditator, come join us to help share your positive energy. Talking is fine before the hike starts and after it ends (and of course if something goes wrong during the hike).
