I am a Health Coach, author and speaker and specializing in senior health & fitness. I'm spiritual rather than religious and have lived in American Indian part of the world, New Mexico and Arizona for several years and appreciate their rituals.

We are meeting at the trail side main parking lot - it is across the street from the camping side entrance - after you pay your park entry fee drive all the way back to the parking lot - the road dead ends into this parking lot at the new visitor center.

Shellie, where are you doing massage at now? Massage Luxe fired me about a week and a half ago. Looking for job, but finding nothing. I just applied at Founders Inn, and there's this place called Britany Nicole Salon & Spa that sounds like they want me to do massage there, but they're not in a very good positon (wedged in behind Hooters and next to a bar).

Drum Circle

To make beautiful music together, all we have to do is bring to the circle whatever rhythmical expertise we have to offer, along with the excitement of sharing it with other people. The quality of the music produced in an event like this is not based on the rhythmical expertise of the players, but on the quality of their relationship with the other people in the circle. The result is those magical musical moments where one powerful voice is created out of the many. In those moments, the players stop worrying about keeping time because time, as they know it, has stopped. In it's place is a living breathing entity, expressing timeless joy, passion and release through the power of rhythm. That is the beauty of a community drum circle.
