This group is to be all about natural health and healthy living. This will be and not limited to the following, gardening, group outdoor adventures..., classes on juicing for health, raw, vegan vegetarian, whole food meals, exercise, fitness, detoxing your home, canning and preserving, fermenting foods or lacto- fermenting foods, how to use essential oils for your self, home, garden and pets. How to make your own face and body scrubs. Etc....you get it. It will be lunch and learns, outdoors group events, maybe even some bowling with other like minded people or people who want to know more about how to be more natural "HEALTHY". Living and relying more on themselves than on commercial grown foods. There will be guest speakers. These will be people who specialize in whatever we are learning about.
