*** BRYCE CANYON NATIONAL PARK HIKING WEEKEND ***

Join us on another adventurous weekend, this time to explore beautiful Bryce Canyon National Park. Sights to enjoy include a series of natural amphitheatres below which stands an array of limestone and sandstone columns, hoodoos, and amazing rock formations of varying hues of oranges, reds, yellows, and pinks. We'll camp, hike, and explore throughout this amazing wonder of nature, stopping to sight-see, enjoy photo opportunities, and see as much as the park as we can possibly cram into 3 days! If we're lucky, we can even drive back home, heading west through Zion National Park and enjoy it's amazing pink & white walls, canyons, and amazing rock formations.

HIKES: Vary from easy to strenous, and in distance from .5 miles upwards to 10+ miles
WHERE: Bryce Canyon NP; North Campground
WHEN: Thursday - Monday
RATING/LEVEL: Easy to Advanced, depending on your chosen involvement in activities; relax at camp and drive the park, stopping for easy walks; or venture out through the hoodoos for miles and miles of fun!
HIKE DETAILS/TRAILS:
Everything here is SUBJECT TO CHANGE! This is a list of the hikes I would like to attempt, which includes easy sight-seeing of .5 mile "walks", to longer strenuous 10+ loop hikes. I would like to cram a lot into this weekend, so our days will be jam-packed with fun & adventure!
Combination hikes: Peek-a-Boo Trail, Queen'S Garden Trail, Navajo Trail, and Rim Trail (6-10+ mile hike)
Riggs Spring Loop Trail: 9miles, moderate-strenuous
**CAMPING:
We'll be camping at North Campground, which is first-come, first-serve. It has restrooms, water, picnic tables and is an established campground. Your camping equipment is your responsibility - meaning, you need to provide your own tent, sleeping bag, blankets, etc. If you would like a comprehensive list of things to bring, please email me with any questions! We can split some meals, however, you should be ready to provide most of your own food/drink for the weekend. Cost covers the camping fees & meetup.
