Our inaugural event will be to assist Lilly.

    Lilly's Story:

Lilly and her sister Daisy were found dumped in a park and left to die in Smyrna Tn. When we were called to help, even though we were full, we just could not turn these two beautiful girls away! Lilly was born with a genetic malformity called Corneal Dermoids These dermoids were actually growing directly on her eyeballs which caused total blindness. After several visits with our vet, we were hopeful that a surgical procedure would at least provide sight in one of Lilly's eyes. Sadly, her condition was too severe and her eyes had to be removed and her lids permanently closed. This procedure now has Lilly out of pain.

Though the vets donate quite a bit there is a bill for the surgery of $2153 not including other fees that rescuing any animal incurs. We are trying to reach the goal of the $2153 for this event. Please consider attending this event and/or donating to Nashville Pittie and earmark the donation Lilly LMW.
