Join Andrea Wyckoff, aka Betty Rawker, as she demonstrates how to make a Vietnamese style noodle salad and raw cheezecakes. Yum! Andrea loves sharing her passion for fresh and vibrant foods with others! Eating a mostly raw diet has transformed her life and helped her to overcome the crippling diseases of Ankylosing Spondylitis and Colitis. She recently quit her day job to teach raw foods classes in NW Oregon. She also loves catering for some of her favorite wineries in the Willamette Valley. She resides on 5 acre farm property nestled up against the coast range near Willamina, Oregon. For the potluck, please bring a plant-based (no animal products, including honey) main dish, salad, or dessert; a card listing its ingredients; and plates and utensils for your use.
