NW Veg's Vegan Potluck: Portland, Westside

Please join Northwest VEG for a delicious potluck followed by a tempeh making demo and presentation by the the founder of Turtle Island Foods (maker of Tofurky), Seth Tibbott! Seth will share with us how he got the company started in the early 80's and has grown it to be one of the leading companies in meat alternatives. We will also learn how to make our own tempeh and all about the Grand Opening of the new Tofurky food processing facility in Hood River this September. For more information on the Grand Opening click here.

The potluck will be held at the West Hills Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 8470 SW Oleson Rd., Portland. Come to the potluck at 5:00pm, the presentation at 6:30pm, or both! Please bring a plant-based (no animal products, including honey) main dish, salad, or dessert; a card listing its ingredients; and plates and utensils for your use. Need plant-based ideas? Click here. If you come alone, figure the amount to serve 4–6 generously; increase the amount 4 servings for each additional person in your party/family. Northwest VEG potlucks are alcohol-free events. For more information email [masked]. A donation of $2–5 per person is suggested to help cover the cost of the room rental.

not sure what you are asking. the address is above. if the map linked to the address isn't clear enough, you can use your preferred directions site instead (google, mapquest etc.). As a basic answer, the church is in SW Portland- not far from the Garden Home/ Multnomah Village area. Hope this helps~

Three bus transfers and a mile walk is a little much for me. I could drive, but i'm trying to cut down on my consumption.
