Vancouver Potluck and Talk

Bring: Utensils to serve and eat with- including plates and a cup.

Make: A Vegan dish (no animal products including honey)

Chef Sophie Lapaire will join us with a cooking demostration after the potluck, showing us how to veganize a traditional holiday meal. Chef Sophie's culinary journey started in the South of France where she was born, then took her through Europe, onto America, then Asia and South America. The potluck will be at the Clark Public Utilities Service Center, 1200 Fort Vancouver Way, Vancouver, WA 98663. Very quick to reach from Portland. Exit at the East Mill Plain Blvd Exit (1C), head east 0.1 miles, and it is just south on Fort Vancouver Way. [See map] Please bring a plant-based (no animal products, including honey) main dish, salad, or dessert; a card listing its ingredients; and plates and utensils for your use. Need plant-based ideas?     Nice and friendly people. My husband and 2 kiddos went. Some friendly folks asked to hold the baby which helped us finish eating.
    I was worried that my food might not be eaten but by the end it was all gone.
    Sophie's talk and demo was wonderful and very informative.
