Tell your raw-curious and just-starting-raw friends and colleagues about this wonderful, inexpensive opportunity to learn the basics of raw food preparation, taught by Gabrielle Chavez, author of The Raw Food Gourmet. Throughout November, she is inviting folks to come learn how to prepare food, which will be served for the ongoing Raw Sunday Supper. Class fee is by donation.
Gabrielle's class announcement:
"Sunday, Nov 9 at 4 pm, interested parties are invited to learn how to prepare raw food to be served as part of the weekly Raw Sunday Supper gathering from 5-7pm at Milwaukie Presbyterian Church, 2416 SE Lake Rd, Milwaukie.
There is no charge for the class, and a full raw dinner will be served at 5 (by donation). You are also invited to stay if you wish for a story circle, prayer, and raw communion from 6-7."
The featured dish on the 9th is chickpea hummus and chocolate banana mousse pie.
