Presentation was very basic information, so was good for persons just starting the process of changing dietary habits to include more plant-based foods. I was hoping it would be a little more in depth, but I think the friend I invited to go with me really enjoyed it as it was.

Dr. Diehl was excellent for someone who had almost no knowledge or a focused healthy living lifestyle. He is charming in his manner and very personable with an ability to encourage people to laugh. Great beginning to plant based diet :o)

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
