Literally anything from Proper Eats. I love that place. Anything with kale too. To make it would probably be my tofu tacos.
I've been a vegetarian for two years and was inspired early on by Kris Carr to start juicing as a means to replace many of the unhealthy habits I'd intorudced myself to as I aged. I attended VegFest last weekend and after hearing Dr Neal Barnard speak decided I want to give a go at veganism. The health benefits are a no-brainer and I just don't see the need to eat any animal products that tend to bog me down energy-wise.
