If I could live on steamed vegetables alone, I would. I love the blend of natural flavors from blanched or raw greens.
Past what I would think would be my life's timeline's midpoint. (Not saying much, since I never thought I would make it this far.) How does age play into this group?
25 years lacto-ovo-vegetarian/pescetarian, I no longer wish to participate in the slaughter of animals that threaten my food source, e.g. seals or cormorants that are eating salmon. Not sure about the dietary implications of 100% veganism, but looking into it.
Music, language study, hiking, theatre, and too much old TV via Netflix.
Vegetarian for 25 years, I still rely on milk products, occasional eggs, and rare intake of fish.
