Gallo pinto (rice and beans), yucca, maduros (ripe platains) ,ensalada de repollo (cabbage salad) and pico de gallo (fresh Mexican salsa).

I have been interested in changing my diet to a plant based one for a few years. This year I began an all plant diet.
I like to practice Tai chi, walking, reading, movies, learning to cook vegan, making art.
I have recently changed my diet to a plant based one. I am participating in Dr. McDougall's program at Kaiser.
