Travel, exercise, reading, concerts, volunteering.
I am a registered dietitian, specializing in plant-based nutrition. I give many talks in the Portland area on the unlimited benefits of eating a plant-based diet. I just co-authored my first book and I contribute writing to the NW Veg newsletter.
