It's a Persian dish called ghormeh sabzi...which can be easily veganized. It has a lot of fresh herbs and leafy green vegetables such as parsley, cilantro, leeks, spinach plus pinto beans and/or red kidney beans finished off wish a touch of lime. All served over Fluffy fragrant basmati rice! Oh...I'm hungry now"
Well that's rude!
Been vegan for almost 5 years. I'm vegan because I don't want to be a hypocrite! If you claim to love animals, you shouldn't t be eating them!
Right now my house is taking too much of my time...but other than that I like to bake and experiment with food.
I'm the girl who fell down the rabbit hole, drank the bottle and ate the cake. But it was a vegan cake, so there!! I love to cook and bake delicious vegan goodies and teach others to do the same. Oh and did I tell how cute my kitten Cedre is??
