I enjoy rice/vegetable combinations, various salads, smoothies, and really enjoy my onion bread made with a dehydrator. Winter brings the season for soups!
I've traveled around the sun forty-four times now.
I've been a vegetarian since about 2003, have dabbled with raw foods off and on, mostly in the summer, and am interested in going a step further by learning about and practicing a vegan lifestyle.
Playing music (multi-instrumentalist - from classical to old-time), bicycling (road & mountain), rock climbing, reading, attending events and speaking engagements, camping, backpacking, hiking, dancing, physical and cultural travel, analyzing my dreams.
As indicated by the organizer, the path of a vegan is a life-long journey, and traveling is more enjoyable when the experience is shared.
