Italian by far....
Been a committed Vegan since the beginning of 2013, Haven't had Red meat in 10-15 years. Forks over Knives and a weekend with Rip Esselstyn pushed me over the edge to eliminate animal products from my diet. I feel fantastic inside as well as with my choice.
