30 Day Vegan Fat Loss Challenge Starts Today!

This isn't so much an event as a month long challenge, so I figured it best to just send out a message to members of the Meetup. Portland?s Vegan Personal Trainer Ed Bauer is making himself available much of the day tomorrow to start off this challenge. He said he will be close to People's after 2pm and can be reached by phone at[masked] if the 5 to 7 time doesn't work for someone. (he made his number publicly available on the event page)

More Info The challenger to lose the highest percentage of body fat wins!!! The Winner will receive 1-Month of Personal Training* with Portland?s Vegan Personal Trainer, Ed Bauer, gift certificates and/or prizes from our sponsors, as well as bragging rights. This challenge is for any current Vegans, as well as anyone who wants to try Vegan for the entire 30 days, and see how much fat they can lose. Remember, the winner will be the one to lose the highest percentage of Body Fat, not the one to lose the most weight. Now is the time to get in the best shape of your life! Invite a friend along! This is an open challenge, the more the better! All challengers will sign a release form before participating.
