October 7, 6:45 is the first in a series of 9 thought-provoking workshops with experts in the fields of health and nutrition, the environment, and philosophy; and suitable for anyone interested in finding out more about plant-based lifestyles as well as long-time enthusiasts.
Explore the basics of how human nutrition relates to our health, review factual studies of the environmental impacts of our diets and discuss the ethics and trends in animal agriculture. Share good food and talk at each session too!
