Join Kim in this hands-on class where you?ll learn to make delicious and savory vegan lasagna. We?ll start with a fresh made tomato sauce, create a yummy tofu ricotta and add in great veggies. While the lasagna is bubbling in the oven, Kim will teach you the basics of salad dressing and salad composition. Add in some garlic bread and the meal is complete!

$30 per student/14 student limit -- Class comes with a 15% discount on groceries purchased there that day plus Kim puts together a nice presentation of information, tips and recipes. To register for a class, please call:[masked]

This store also has a nice selection of raw foods as well as great produce and is so relaxed with lots of room and really friendly employees. It seems far away from central PDX but is just 8 miles away, about 15 minutes drive-time.

Kim, the instructor for this class is also a member of VLV.

There is no Viva La Vegan event host (veganlicious is not a real person) for this event but the event is being posted to facilitate other Viva La Vegan members getting together at this event. Members can see who else is going and email each other through their member pages to arrange meeting with each other at the event.

Just to be clear, there will be other people there besides the VLV group so it can still be fun to go even if no one else signs up. For instance Kim the teacher will be there and she's a member of VLV.
