By Popular Demand, Sara's Thai Noodles, the runaway favorite offering at last week's Sunday Supper's Raise-the-Rent Potluck, will be this week's central dish. The rest of the meal is facilitated by Gabrielle who is testing recipes for her future book due out later this year.

Sunday's Full Menu for Our Fabulous Meal:

  • Taste Bud Popping Marionberry Blintzes
  • A Texture-Bed of Sprouted Kamut "Rice"
  • A Rainbow Chard Chiffonade in a Buttery Nut Sauce
  • Coconut and Orange Water-Kefir

This is a CATERED raw-vegan meal. Please RSVP here or call Gabrielle at[masked] so we can be sure to prepare enough for everyone. If you do RSVP please make every effort to come ? a place is set for you, and a wonderful dinner prepared.

5:30 - dinner and sharing around the tables
6:30 to 7:00 (optional) - circle time, including story-discussion, and raw communion.

Attendees are asked to make a gift of $10 - $20 to help with expenses. No one is turned away for lack of funds, so those who can afford to make the larger gift, please help out by doing so.

We are also trying to help facilitate some carpooling for those who are living car-free or just want to combine rides to save money and/or resources. If you need a ride or have an extra seat please respond in the RSVP or call. Thanks!

Preview for next week which happens to be Valentine's Day, perennial favorite Guest Chef Andy Williams is currently working on a fabulous menu intended to knock our socks off with raw love.

And, coming up this month will be the opportunity to access for-take-home, locally grown organic frozen blueberries for $2 a pound to fill those morning smoothies.
