In class 2 we will start this workshop by practicing the body release and diaphragm training exercises. You will then learn all three necessary release techniques for jaw, tongue and throat. Including how to use the movement of the head, jaw and tongue for easy high notes. Using the techniques of correct jaw to head movement you will personalize useful movement and balance for better singing. We will also look at the whole picture regarding what makes a great performance. Time permitting each student will be coached to integrate, internalize and personalize these techniques. We really had a great tome in class 1 I hope you can join us. Full details below.
This is a very special workshop series I have created because several people requested it in different ways over the last few years. Throughout the span of 4 workshops you will learn how to release body, breath and train the diaphragm, how to choose a song and every aspect of performance preparation, then perform it! Letting your instrument be free and express without restriction can be magical. We will also be looking at some of the spiritual and energetic knowledge behind the making of vocal sound. It can even be a powerful personally transforming experience when learned through these 'BreathingRx For Singers' techniques. And, we will have a lot of fun!
It will be worthwhile marking your calendar now and reserving your participation to receive maximum benefit by participating in the remaining 3 workshops. I will provide a safe, comfortable environment for you to explore the vulnerability of learning and performing. Performing can be a wonderfully freeing experience. Let's experience it together!
