Diving the Biorock Project with Dr. Thomas Goreau, Part II

We will be diving again with our partner, Dr. Thomas Goreau, to harvest and transplant corals to the Biorock reef site in LBTS as well as evaluate the progress of the project. A special shout out to Martin. It was very meaningful for Stephen and myself to have you with us to finish the North Biorock structure coral transplantation and start the South Biorock reef. Like Ed, you have been instrumental in all aspects of the Biorock Project and have donated 100's of hours to the original installation of the structures, to buoy recovery and redesign, rewiring and multiple redeployments to coral transplantation. The success of the project is due to your endless commitment and for that we are sincerely grateful.

See you soon on the Rock!

Ed, your presence on the Vone Research vessel has been missed each weekend you were not able to join us. It is certainly not the same without you. We remain so hopeful that you have a complete recovery and will be back with us and diving in short order. You have been instrumental in all aspects of the Biorock Project from the original installation to buoy recovery and redesign, monitoring and coral transplantation. The North Biorock reef is now complete in large measure to your invaluable assistance. We will keep the R/V helm ready for you and hope to see you on the Rock soon.

The whole group and Dr Goreau taught me so much, not only about Corals also about love for life, the water and diving. I am willing to devote myself to preserve and recuperate the marine life, you and the marine life can count with me always in and outside the water.
