We walk for 20 seconds and run for 45 seconds for 6-7 miles. This is for those that are ready for longer runs, but still want the recovery time and interval training. Great for those training for a 10k or 1/2 marathon or those wanting a group to challenge and encourage them. Strollers welcome and it's still FREE!!!
