All persons wishing to attend a ghost hunt at Prospect Place must be over the age of 18 years, no exceptions!
Like many historic sites across America Prospect Place offers Ghost Hunts. The proceeds of these investigations go directly to the G. W. Adams Educational Center an IRS designated 501(C)(3) public charity organization. The Paranormal Advisory staff feel that Prospect Place rivals some of America's most haunted locations and is one of the most haunted houses in this nation.
To be certain Prospect Place mansion is one of the most haunted homes in Ohio. With 150 years of paranormal history including sightings and strange activity this Dickensian mansion stands forebodingly in the rural Ohio countryside. We will have a complete paranormal experience for those willing - be surprised by the more "permanent" residents (some of whom have been here there for a very long time).
