In honor of the summer season, come join me as we celebrate by making various kinds of salads, dressings and vinaigrettes. In this class you will get hands on in the kitchen making salads and homemade dressings to inspire some easy and quick meals for the summer. You'll learn the science behind how to use herbs, spices, oils and vinegars, along with other pantry staples to create some dressings/vinaigrettes?. and save money without having to buy bottles dressings!

The $20 event fee covers:
- ingredients for various salads, dressings and vinaigrettes
- dressing/vinaigrette cruet you take home & keep
- lunch & drinks

    • “ Overall a very good event. A little more basic than necessary, I think we could have gotten right to more advanced info. I like that we got the salad mixers to take home. It would have been nice if we all had a chance to taste everyone's dressing concoctions and talk about what worked and what didn't, so we could learn from everyone's experience. ”
