Iron Chef Tasting Session: Honey

Summer is a perfect season for honey and this event is focused on tasting honey on a deeper level. We'll learn more about honey and distinguish the different characteristics of various honey. In addition, we will also have a friendly "Iron Chef" competition of dishes made with the tasting ingredient - honey!

Those interested in attending must create a dish highlighting honey as one of the main ingredients. All dishes will be shared potluck style, with a small sampling that will also be judged. The winner of the competition will be awarded with bragging rights and a special prize.
