Cooking Class: Knife Skills (Afternoon)

Knife skills are important in the kitchen and in this class, we will be learning and enhancing our current skills by going through the proper techniques of paring, chopping and slicing, as well as learning about the basics of knife handling.

Attendees will be responsible for bringing their own knives, however the $50 event fee includes:
- a large grooved cutting board for you to use and keep
- ingredients in which attendees will use to practice
- instruction and handouts

1) It can't be any easier than this - just send in a picture of your knife set or showing off your knife skills and create a blog post about it from now until the midnight, JULY 20th. Feel free to share your knife tips too!

2) Add a link back to my blog within your blog post, Joelen's Culinary Adventures.

- Title of the blogging adventure in subject line
- Your name
- Your state, country location
- Your food blog name & link to your event entry
- Picture of your entry

You can participate even if you don't have a blog. Non-bloggers can email the above information (sans blog details) and I'll include it in the round up.
