Iron Chef Tasting Sessions: Balsamic Vinegars

Come join me as I take a deeper look into the world of balsamic vinegars. There are so many varieties available and differences among these vinegars? the only way to understand is to taste our way through them!

In addition, we will also have a friendly "Iron Chef" competition of dishes made with the tasting ingredient - balsamic vinegar!

Those interested in attending must create a dish highlighting balsamic vinegar as one of the main ingredients. All dishes will be shared potluck style, with a small sampling that will also be judged. The winner of the competition will be awarded with bragging rights and a special prize.

The $2 event is to cover servingware (plates, utensils, napkins, etc), drinks and purchase of the winning prize.

Share your favorite recipe using balsamic vinegar, whether it be sweet or savory for this blogging adventure!

1) Make a recipe using balsamic vinegar and create a blog post about it from now until the midnight, JULY 19th.

2) Add a link back to my blog within your blog post, Joelen's Culinary Adventures.

3) Send an email with the following information to [masked]:
- Title of the blogging adventure in subject line
- Your name
- Your state, country location
- Your food blog name & link to your event entry
- Picture of your entry

You can participate even if you don't have a blog. Non-bloggers can email the above information (sans blog details) and I'll include it in the round up.
