5k On Our Way! Life on the Run with Fitness and Friends

5k On Our Way is an 8 week beginner program, couch to 5k designed to help women get a start on fitness, have fun, and share life on the run.

When you sign up you will be part of a team of awesome women who will prove that they can conquer 3.1 miles and the monkey mind that pulls them down. This group is designed for women who like new challenges that will lead to positive transformations in their daily lives.

As part of this kick ass team of women I will ask you to support and hold each other accountable to show up and complete this program. At the end of this 8 weeks program we will complete a local 5th race together as a team.

All participants will be expected to meet every Saturday at 7:30am to run or walk for 30 to 45 minutes followed by socialization, conversation and mutual support.

SPECIAL BONUS AVAILABLE TO THIS GROUP ONLY ~ Thursdays Night Network Socials. These events are optional and will give us the chance to network and share our training progress.

You will receive a confirmation email with a calendar and a 5k plan once you sign up. When the program starts you will receive email reminders daily of the days workout and juicy life tidbits on; running, life, love, money, success.
