I am a RYT-200. This yoga class will be geared toward runners. It will focus on breath work, upper body strength, and opening the lower half of the body.
Since this is held at my personal residence, you must be an active WEBE member to attend. So come run with us to join a class :) I will email my address to the RSVP's.
