DR NACHLAS Running Noses ~ Marathon Training & Long Run

Saturdays we have a longer run.  All levels are welcome, even if you just want to run a few!   We will be putting out coolers but bring some water or sports drink in a refillable bottle to start out.  You can join our coached program or run on your own.  Check out the details below...

If you need the structure, support and accountability! train with us. We carefully planned with Coach Dara a[masked] season training program, IF you feel you need a structured plan. Dara's plans have been a hit and Many WeBEs have PR's on them!

Not only will we get you to your race, ready and fit, you will be supporting the group so that we can continue to work on growing the group to bring lot's of additional WeBE Freebies to you.

All "Coached" options get training support from our pacers, we will match you up with a specific person - a DRI FIT racing shirt, hydration and nutrition via coolers every Saturday 6am Long Run in West Boca. We will also have support at the Monday Night Run and discounts from our sponsors. We will add other city runs on Saturday monthly to spice it up.  Other runs will also be available on our meetup calendar to round off your schedule. 

 *"Coached" local and online by Dara Wittenberg, MS - runners will also receive a detailed training plan, several levels available, visor, clinics and email access to Dara to answer all your questions. Great for first timers to a distance, PR bound or those that want to get to the start as fit as possible
