Revive, Rejuvenate, and Reconnect with your Community and local business owners. Each week we will present a guest speaker.
This week's Topic is: Happiness; Not By Chance
Research has shown that we cannot accurately predict what will make us happy in the future.
We may think that events, achievements or acquisitions will cause happiness to happen, yet often, even when these things occur, people still find happiness elusive. Given the extreme number of things out of our control then, is achieving happiness one of them too?
This session will engage the audience to identify what conditions lend themselves to happiness, what we we can control to create those conditions and the future ROI of investing time and attention to broad spectrum evidence based well-being practices NOW!
