Writers need other writers for perspective and insight into our own work.
There are infinite writings to read. Why should anyone read mine?
Is there conflict to hook in my reader? Do my openings and closes compel? Is there sufficient line-by-line tension? How can I show versus tell? (I'm a poet and didn't know it.)
This supportive critique group is open to all writers of any genre seeking constructive feedback from peers on their work. If you'd like written feedback and editing suggestions on your work -- always useful – please bring copies to pass around.
Nothing to read this week? Stop by anyway to learn from others, practice your listening skills, contribute your comments and support fellow writers.
