Randy Neuringer has been in the recruiting industry for several years;
· managing a recruiting agency that places full time employees and consultants,
· managing recruiters in HR departments,
· and as a hiring manager.
Prior to recruiting, she was in the technology industry, as a developer, and then management, so she has a 360 degree perspective of the hiring process. She has specialized in the Technology industry including traditional IT, digital technology, and the engineering and technology sector, particular to the television/media industry.
While she has great expertise in technology recruiting, she has also built an expertise for all candidates of how to navigate social media, interviewing, resume writing, and the total hiring process. She provides pro bono services to academia, Veterans organizations, and organizations that assist with employees in transition.
She considers herself a LinkedIn Super User. She will be providing a LinkedIn presentation and demonstration to help people understand the breadth of it as a tool and to get the perspective of how HR and recruiting agencies utilize LinkedIn. This session will be customized, based on the audience and their desires.
