“ Thank you , Margaret! I think it is wonderful. Sorry I talked for so long. I do have an idea. Last year, I visited a group with my mentor agent. They had a file box that everyone kept business cards in. They passed it around, so even if you had not seen it yet that week, some cards were left from the previous week. It seemed to run very smoothly that way. Also, they had to turn in "referral slips" to document the leads that they had passed to other members that week. Those were then announced to the group. Great for measuring how effective the group really is. ”
