INFORMS Analytics Maturity Model, presented by Aaron Burciaga and Raj Reddi

The INFORMS Analytics Maturity Model (AMM) allows organizations to prudently invest in the development of their data analysis program by providing a standard for them to assess their Analytic Maturity levels. INFORMS AMM author and committee member, Aaron Burciaga (Senior Manager for Accenture’s Advanced Analytics) will present an overview of the model’s background, development, and future applications.  Nagaraj Reddi (INFORMS’ Director of Information Technology) will also present a live demonstration.

WINFORMS members are invited to participate in the two-part presentation: Part 1 – Overview of the model’s background, development, soft launch, and future applications; Part 2 – Bring your laptops… all attendees will be led through their very own live and on-line assessment.  The INFORMS Analytics Maturity Model can be viewed online at

Aaron Burciaga CAP is a Senior Manager in Accenture’s Advanced Analytics practice. Aaron has over eleven years of experience ranging from the optimization of transportation, fulfillment operations, and services to developing and leading C-level analysis programs for Commercial, Federal, and DoD executives. Aaron earned his M.S. degree in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School and a B.S. the United States Naval Academy. Aaron is the INFORMS Maryland chapter’s Vice-president and also serves on the Military Operations Research Society’s Board of Directors. Aaron is a co-author and committee member to the upcoming INFORMS Analytics Maturity Model and co-chair to both the Cyber- and Supply Chain-tracks for INFORMS’ Analytics Conference.

Nagaraj Reddi (Raj) is the Director of Information Technology at INFORMS. Raj has earned his M.S. degree in Computer Sciences, specialized in Artificial Intelligence, B.E. in Computer Engineering & Sciences. Raj has 20 plus years of experience in the IT industry. He is successful at creating and implementing the vision and strategy that effectively automate, and continuously improve, domestic and global enterprises. He has worked as Founder, President, CEO, Director, Program / Project Manager and Application Architect on several US companies such as V3Visions, BSCII, Columbia Association, Unisys Corp, and The Orkand Corporation.  Raj has and is serving many Chamber of Commerce’s and Investment boards as BOD, chair and vice chairs.  He is also managed a wide range of federal and commercial IT projects with Technology Integration through global applications Raj has also lead the business development activities including acquisitions, equity investments, and the incubation of innovative technologies that execute V3Visions "build, buy, partner" innovation strategy


The building is on the NW corner of F & 14th and the lobby entrance is on 14th Street. Metropolitan Square Parking Garage has entrances on G & F Streets NW between 14th & 15th Streets NW. There is additional parking available in many nearby parking garages, the closest are at the Willard & W Hotels across F Street NW from the IBM location. Parking is quite expensive so please utilize public transportation when possible.


The closest Metro Station is Metro Center served by the Blue, Orange & Red Lines. Take the 13th & G Sts exit and walk 1 block south to F St. and 1 block west to 14th St (toward The White House).
