Okay, so we've got a dozen members, ten pieces to review, and three hours to do it. That breaks down to ninety seconds per person per critique. To complicate things just a little bit more, it's also National Talk-Like-a-Pirate Day. I can hardly wait!

We're going to review pieces in the order they were submitted. Whatever hasn't been addressed by 2 p.m. will be discussed at the back end of October's Naming the World workshop.

    Suggestions (mostly to me):
    1) Know what you plan to say before it's your turn to speak.
    2) If someone has already mentioned an issue, give it a passing me-too reference; don't repeat it.
    3) Stay on topic.
    4) I'm drawing a blank here, but I'm sure there's got to be at least one other thing we can do to keep things moving....

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
