The objective is to empower women to make career choices that are aligned with their life goals. In this one-hour interactive session, we will share some practical tools for participants to realize and own their goals in order to lead effectively in all aspects of life.

Presented by:

Vivian Lo is Managing Consultant for Linkage Asia. She is a highly regarded executive coach and Leadership Development consultant who has served boards, senior management teams and has been an advisor to notable leaders throughout Asia. Vivian specializes in senior leadership coaching, top team effectiveness and talent management advisory and consulting.

Some of Vivian’s recent clients include Bank of China, China Resources Company, CLP Power, HSBC, ING, the Leighton Group, Maxim’s, and Maybank. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Warwick in England and is a member of UK’s Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators.

and

Yulee Teng is a Senior Consultant at Linkage. She has close to 15 years of corporate Human Resources management experience in global financial institutions. The scope of her work includes leadership, organizational development and talent management and she specialises in talent management consulting and senior leadership development with a focus on coaching women leaders. She has also worked in the hospitality industry in the United States and Hong Kong.

Since joining Linkage Asia, Yulee has been engaged in consulting projects for financial services companies and major local corporates and advisory work for the development of women leaders. Yulee holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
