SUSPENSION TRAINING (TRX/Rip 60) BOOTCAMP?
This is a great program to push adults who want to make fitness part of their program at home . It will Push you Physically and Mentally. But in the end you will know what it takes to be the best and you will learn how to break through stereo-hyped workouts. It is also allot of Fun!!!
We use the same training programs that many of the Pros in the NFL, NBA, NHL, MMA, MSL, Collegiate Sports and military use. (TRX & Rip 60 Suspension)
It will get you in condition. It builds speed, stamina, endurance, Core strength and Upper & Lower Body strength. Being in proper condition helps reduce injury. All without the use of Weights or equipment that can harm or hinder their growth. All equipment is resistance and your own weight. By the way we have a kids program also !!
