We offer the popular TRX/Rips 60 (Biggest Loser Julian Micheal's and Jeremy Strom) Fitness program. Plus P90X+P,2, Insanity and now TapouT Xt. Classes are woman only and coed . Come join us for fitness ,fun and nutrition. Lets make everyday a meet my goal day.
WHAT IS A BOOT CAMP? This is a great program for all levels who want to make fitness part of their program at home . It address’s Fitness Training, Goal Setting, Nutrition, The Truth on Supplements, and pure Determination.
We use the same training programs that many Athletes in the NFL, NBA, NHL, MMA, MSL, Collegiate Sports and military use. All trainers are ISSA & AFFA Certified Personal Fitness Trainers. It will get you in condition. It builds speed, stamina, endurance, Core strength and Upper & Lower Body strength. Being in proper condition helps reduce injury. All without the use of Weights or equipment that can harm or hinder their growth. All equipment is resistance and your own weight. By the way we have a kids program also !!
