HARRIS HILL - Spring Trail Construction Day (FREE Lunch)

Come join us for our only trail work  day at HARRIS HILL State Forest.  As always for WNYMBA work days, come prepared to work and to ride.  Only time will tell if the new skills loop is completed by then, but don't take the chance on missing it.  HHE also now has 12 miles of singletrack, plus 4 miles of the East Overland (out and back so really 8), to fill your ride time. If the Spring weather cooperates I hope to have the new 2 mile MFT and perhaps the skill loop done.  But, don't worry, will have a nice project planned for those who show up.

We will be meeting at 10 AM in the main meeting area. Bring yourselves, gloves, appropriate clothing, and some water. WNYMBA will provide tools and lunch.

If the weather cooperates we will conduct a group ride after lunch.

More details on the work plan to come...

Saturday May 10th, 10 am ... HHE will be hosting a WNYMBA trail day. the current plan is to focus on the new climb up out of Myrtle's Romp back to No Dab. this will allow for another option as well as making Sept's HHH have better flow. I've put in the request of no rain, so we should be good with that. I hope to deliver all the tools down to the work site, so you can ride, skip or hike in (hiking will take about 15 min)... Lunch will be back at the cars at 1pm...earlier if we get a good turn out and start on time. Hope you plan to ride HHE after.... I am sorry to report that the upcoming HHE skills loop will not ready, but crossing my fingers that Goatboy will be explorable (for those who dare) would be great if you would RSVP so I have an idea on food needs
